Description of Innovation:
The Profiler redefines learning and human resource development through a blend of Artificial intelligence,cryptocurrency,Financial Literacy and references attribution.Learners can earn cryptocurrencies after completion of specific targets i.e applied courses or social actions with view to alleviate ills.Each user can choose to have a virtual portfolio manager who would advise them about growing their cryptos through re-investments or micromanage their self-development through push notifications depending on access to technology which they have e.g : smartphones,Led screen Tvs,IOT devices(3D printed profilers). The model is based on empowering the individual through the applied version of 'how a man/woman how to fish rather than feeding him/her with a fish''.Users are profiled based on their actual potential and the profiles are leveraged and matched with growth/catalystic factors which would enable the gem which they actually are to Shine brighter.Cultures are also digitalized, nurtured and tokenized.Ubuntu.
Sustainability :
The project can be scaled and rendered sustainable in the sense that with the developed beta version,it can be adapted to different countries' specificities and requirements and has its foundation on hybrid technology with a blend of blockchain and opensource technology rendering the operational and maintenance costs very low.Unemployment and skills gap can be replaced by other factors such as women empowerment and community building tendencies and the programmed tweaked AI will redefine and suggest possible avenues and expected outcomes.The profiler has an internal efficiency and effectiveness indicator which fluctuates based on achievements and involvement of participants which adjusts based on the country's multi-conditions and prevailing situation just as filters would change the outlook of pictures,the rendering and required solution shifts based on these.The developed versions are being tested in South Africa and Luxembourg for the licenses which the cryptocurencies might require.Being an Alumni of the Tony Elumelu Foundation,I have aces to a network of 4000+ entrepreneurs and can gradually scale it through either the Alumni network or TEFConnect with 56 different African countries and elsewhere.
